The Timberfix Hex Head Structural Timber Screws are an ideal structural fixing solution for fixing into timber, wood joists and beams in both internal and external applications.
They are perfect for use in decking, fencing, railway sleepers, stairs, raised flower beds and landscaping projects. The hex flange head acts as a fixed washer, distributing the load under the bolt head.
The hex head offers optimum torque when used with spanners or sockets. It has a natural brown high tech coating ACQ (Alkaline, Copper, Quaternary) to withstand up to 1000 hours salt spray resistance. No Pre Drilling is required in most timbers. These single thread screws are designed to offer higher pull out values and quick insertion. CE marked to EN14592.
